Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming a Roamr Gift Voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voucher Value
   The gift voucher can be redeemed for products sold on the Roamr website (www.roamr.com.au) at the value specified at the time of purchase.
2. Redemption
   Gift vouchers can be used online for the purchase of any available products on our website. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose.
3. Non-Transferable
   The gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it was issued, unless otherwise stated.
4. Expiry
   In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Roamr gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will be forfeited. The expiry date will be clearly indicated on the voucher or in the documentation provided at the time of purchase.
5. Business Closure
   In the event that Roamr ceases to operate, we will make every effort to honour outstanding gift vouchers, but we are not liable for any unpaid or unused voucher balances if the business closes down. If Roamr permanently closes, any unused gift voucher balances will be forfeited, and no compensation or refunds will be provided.
6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   Roamr is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please treat the voucher like cash. If you lose a voucher or it is stolen, we will not be able to replace it.
7. No Refunds on Gift Vouchers
   Once purchased, gift vouchers are non-refundable, unless required by law.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
   Roamr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or direct email.
9. General Terms
   These terms are subject to Roamr’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found on our website.
