Battery Life and Location Updates
Important: You can check your pet’s live location at any time by opening the app and pressing 'Update.'
Battery Life: Typically, the device can last up to 5 days on a single charge. The battery life depends on the strength of the connection to nearby cellular towers. Fully recharging the battery takes just 30 minutes.
Location Updates: The device updates its location every 45 seconds in the app during normal use. In an emergency, you can activate ‘Live Tracking’ mode for updates every 10 seconds for 10 minutes. After that, it will return to the regular update interval.
